The price does not include table linens, vendor services, the extra sound system, set up and tear down or the cabin.

Willow Lake Hall: Small Event Center

We are available for small events (120 guests) in our new enclosed space!

We are offering this building Sunday-Thursday. Hours available are 10am-2pm or 3pm-7pm.

Pricing: $300 (plus tax) per 4 hour time block

Tables, chairs, small mini fridge included.

Alcohol Information

To have alcohol (liquor) you must hire a licensed bar service/caterer (3-way or offsite liquor license) and they must be approved through Willow Lake. Proof of license and insurance is mandatory.

To bring in your own alcohol (beer and wine only), you must get a temporary beer/wine from the state at a cost of $50, obtain event insurance, and use a LICENSED bartender from a list provided by Willow Lake. Please follow the provided link to find the appropriate portals/forms.

Outstanding special events location. Can be as simple or ornate as desired – beautiful chandelier lighting. The wedding reception including buffet meal, bar, music & dancing for a couple hundred did not feel crowded. Other areas were not used but included an outdoor wedding Chapel with seating – pretty setting.

New Year’s wedding. Great venue hall. Easy to find from the main road. Very clean. Parking lot was well set up and spacious. Would recommend considering if looking for an event venue.
